We want customers to receive the correct JunPus product in acceptable condition. This policy applies to purchases made directly through thermal-paste.com. Purchases from distributors or marketplaces must be returned through the original seller under that seller's policy.

Do not return goods until JunPus provides return instructions or authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Eligibility

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, non-defective products must be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging. Thermal compounds, wipes, pads, tapes and other consumable or contamination-sensitive products may not be eligible after their seal or packaging has been opened. Items damaged by misuse, unsuitable storage, incorrect installation, alteration or normal wear are not eligible.

Incorrect, damaged or defective products

If JunPus supplied the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged or appears defective, contact us promptly and retain the goods, packaging, shipping label and supporting photographs. We may request reasonable information or testing to determine the cause. When a claim is accepted, JunPus may repair, replace or refund the affected item as appropriate and as required by law.

Samples, customized and commercial orders

Samples, made-to-order goods, private-label products, customized formulations, specially packed products and OEM or ODM orders are not returnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing. Terms in an accepted quotation, purchase order or contract take priority.

Return shipping

For an accepted claim involving an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by JunPus, we will provide instructions concerning reasonable return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs and related charges unless applicable law or written terms provide otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practical, after returned goods are received and inspected. Original delivery charges, duties, taxes and payment-provider fees may be non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement. Bank and payment processing times are outside our control.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If mandatory law grants additional cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights, those rights apply.
