Chunghwa Post EMS (Express Mail Service) regional postage comparisons

The following are equal-weight averages of 57 researched international destinations, not flat prices for every country in a region. They use a 20 × 20 × 15 cm comparison box, approximately 500 g gross weight including packaging. Chunghwa Post EMS (Express Mail Service) dimensional weight is 1 kg (6,000 divisor); FedEx dimensional weight is 1.2 kg and the comparison uses the 1.5 kg band. Actual packed dimensions, weight, item sizes and number of boxes must be confirmed for each order.

Higher-postage exceptions are Singapore (approximately USD 19.54); Bhutan, India, Japan, South Korea and Sri Lanka (USD 16.44 each); France and Germany (USD 25.12 each); United Kingdom (USD 27.29); and United States (USD 37.22). What must be confirmed before payment

• Thermal-paste acceptance requires the matching Safety Data Sheet (SDS), carrier acceptance and destination import checks. A published country or tariff is not confirmation that this product can be shipped.
• United States: postage excludes the USD 2 entry fee per item, customs-agent handling and applicable duties or taxes. For goods valued at USD 2,500 or less, applicable charges must be prepaid at posting; the actual declaration determines the amount. Hawaii and US territories need a separate check.
• European Union: the current postal notice suspends IOSS-related commercial goods mail. Other commercial goods still need an eligibility check. From 1 November 2026, Germany is removed from the general non-IOSS commercial-goods exception; the separately listed over-EUR-150 category also requires individual confirmation.
• Examples exclude packaging, payment processing, currency-conversion costs, import charges, returns and reshipment. Regional averages do not establish the final charge or confirm that all costs are covered. FedEx fuel, demand, remote-area, residential and clearance charges must be checked for the actual shipment.
