This Shipping Policy explains how JunPus International Co., Ltd. handles orders placed through thermal-paste.com or accepted by quotation.
Processing time depends on stock, quantity, product configuration, testing, documentation and payment status. Any estimated dispatch date shown in a quotation or order confirmation is an estimate until JunPus confirms that the order is ready to ship.
Available destinations and delivery methods depend on the product, order value, carrier restrictions and local regulations. We may use postal, courier, freight-forwarding or customer-nominated carrier services. Tracking information is provided when available.
Shipping, insurance, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and other destination charges are not included unless expressly stated. For international commercial orders, responsibilities and transfer of risk follow the Incoterm stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. The customer is responsible for import eligibility and local charges unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Transit times are estimates supplied by carriers and may be affected by customs, weather, public holidays, transportation interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. JunPus will provide available information and reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee a carrier's delivery date.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and any required importer or tax information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
